Each project is unique. We strive to build tools that are easy to use and provide clients the information they need. Below are a few examples of projects we have worked on over the past 22 years.

Evaluation Collection

This project for a major Canadian bank ran from September 1992 to October 2017. Originally started on paper later migrated to web based, we collected level 1, level 2, and level 3 training evaluations globally in English, French and Spanish as well as provided administrative and reporting portals to various levels of the organization.

Employee Development and Testing

Over the past 15 years we have worked with the client to develop a site that allows the testing and tracking of Employee skills in a regulated manufacturing environment. Some key features include test time limits, random questions, Manager/Employee request and approvals.

Custom 360° and Upward Feedback

From just one to a global firm with 800 partners we have done custom 360° and upward feedback projects of all sizes.

Objective Setting/Sharing and Performance Management Tool

We developed a custom system that allows employees not only the ability to manage their objectives and performance assessment but also the ability to share their personal objectives within their department and organization.

Compensation Workbench

We have developed a number of custom tools over the years to assit orginzations perform year end compensation reviews and approvals. The systems allow different levels within the orginzation to set and approve the different components of their comp models.

Scheduling System

The project involved 2000 employees world wide needing to schedule debrief sessions with 13 coaches and was designed to minimize the amount of administrative work. The system that we developed allowed coaches to enter their own time and employees to all sessions easily. Once selected the system generated and sent meeting invites to both parties, as well as reminders and other communcations. Over the 5 year run less than 2% of the booking required any additional work.

Patrick Egbunonu

Patrick has more than 20 years of experience working with data, building data and statistical models, and developing data-driven solutions. He also has experience designing effective web-based tools to support performance management. Patrick has delivered value across various industries — engineering, automobile, banking, life and health insurance, technology, analytics, and education. Patrick has spoken at events on artificial intelligence, analytics, and the future of work, including the 2019 Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) National Conference in Toronto. He has spoken to the Toronto Association of Systems and Software Quality (TASSQ), Queen's University, the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), different HRPA Chapters, Export Development Canada (EDC), Sault College, the Canadian Management Consulting Conference, and more. Patrick has Masters in Engineering and a Master of Arts in Economics from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario. He also completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, and Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario.

Cynthia Egbunonu

Project Management Consultant

Cynthia has over ten years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst, Project Manager, and IT Manager. She's an astute business leader with experience leading diverse teams and managing complex projects. She's also a certified Project Manager. Cynthia has two undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Business and post-graduate education in Human Resources. Cynthia is also a Team Coach at the Smith School of Business, Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario.

Aaron Dunleavy

Lead Technology Developer

Aaron Dunleavy is an expert in electronic data collection, design of information sharing platforms, and creating user-friendly analytics that bring information to life. For the past 22 years, Aaron has been noted as an innovator in the design of effective web-based tools to support performance management activities. He has worked with Michael Schlesinger for over 17 years in supporting law firms in the areas of data collection. Aaron is also responsible for all data security and integrity and works closely with internal IT professionals throughout all engagements.

Organizational Development & Performance Management Expert

Michael Schlesinger is an expert in performance management, organizational development and total rewards. He has spent the last 20 years working with professional services firms in developing tools and processes that support the performance management cycle. Having an in depth knowledge of professional services firms, his approach is customized, practical and effective. Michael has worked with Law Firms on partner review and compensation, associate review, staff engagement surveys and business unit performance surveys.
Michael holds a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and has been a lecturer at the University of Toronto, Woodsworth College in the area of organizational development.
